  • Be on ShoreTel version 12.0 and above
  • Have over 50 end users
  • Ability to remotely access your system (if needed)
  • Located in the US (English Only)
  • Not be an existing Inflow customer

*Amount of time spent on issue or question will be at Inflow’s sole discretion
