As many of you know, there have been many changes at Mitel associated with multiple acquisitions, staffing changes, and challenges with the latest software release, Connect. These challenges, along with the normal increases in cost to operate a business, has significantly increased our cost to provide a superior level of service you’ve come to know and expect.

In the past, Inflow has always tried to absorb such increases and keep the prices to our customers relatively unchanged. We’ve done our best to keep price increases to a minimum, though we’ll also have to adjust our prices to be fiscally responsible.

Moving forward, as always, we will continually strive to provide as much value in our partnership as humanly possible.
