Popular Mitel Connect Integrations
We frequently receive questions about which productivity tools have an integration with the Mitel / ShoreTel platform, so we’ve compiled a quick list of the most popular integrations below.
Google G Suite
For customers using Google G Suite (formerly known as Google Apps), Mitel offers the Mitel Connect for Chrome™ browser extension which provides integration with G Suite Contacts and G Suite Calendar events. Mitel Connect for Chrome™ browser is sometimes referred to as “Mitel for G Suite,” although that is not the official name of this product.

Microsoft Office 365
The MiCloud Connect Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook improves click-to-dial functionality, allowing users to easily and instantly dial contact phone numbers on their MiCloud Connect phones from within the Outlook application. Click-to-dial eliminates “fat finger” dialing mistakes and accelerates the interaction with customers, colleagues and partners.

Salesforce
The Mitel for Salesforce Application and its Cloud Softphone is the next generation Salesforce integration based on Salesforce’s Open CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) framework. This application supports Citrix and Windows Terminal Services (WTS) environments.

Zendesk
The Mitel for Zendesk integration application appears in the user’s web browser as a top bar popup application which is always available from any Zendesk web page. This user interface control is called the “softphone”. It automatically tracks calls made and received by the user and associates those calls with Zendesk end-users.
