What is your proudest accomplishment?
My family. I love my wife and 4 kids and they are my focus and am always so proud of them and all that they accomplish and do as they continue to grow up and mature.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love the outdoors, I love to go backpacking, camping, hunting, fishing, kayaking, rafting, biking, etc. I love to be active and doing things and especially even better when my kids come along and we get to spend time together away from all the devices and technology (even though I work in the tech industry). But those bonding times together just can’t be beat.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Inflow?
Inflow has been fantastic to work at. Having been in this industry for the last 23 years, I love the focus on the Customer Experience and how Inflow is so proactive and engaging with our clients. Many of the past companies I worked at say they focus on the customer but really are just reactive. They would wait for the customer to call when things were broken or needed some work or needed something. Whereas, Inflow’s leadership team has put in place processes and a culture and attitude of being proactive and planning and thinking things like, “What would I want if I were our customer? What information should we send our clients to help them do their job? What can Inflow do to be better and what can we do to improve the lives of our customers?” Things like that make a world of difference.
