Meet Chelsea Sheffield, Inflow’s Core Value Hero for September 2018!

Chelsea is one of our Project Engineers and this is her second time THIS YEAR to win our Core Value Hero Award. Over the last couple of years, Chelsea has climbed the Inflow ranks to be one of our top support team members. She is always willing to learn and share knowledge with others, all while maintaining an enthusiastic attitude. Chelsea, we are super glad to have you and can’t wait to see what your next award will be!

“Over the past month Chelsea has had a lot going on personally (getting married) and professionally. She has certified for InContact which is something that few in our organization have done to this date.  Also, over this past weekend she performed the ISS move.  The move didn’t go as planned due to carrier & network issues that were out of our control.  She stuck with the project and myself basically being on call due to the issue.  This meant her and I basically worked throughout the weekend via conference calls, emails, and slack.  She was also extremely professional throughout this project when some of the other vendors weren’t and would not take responsibility.”
