Our Core Value Hero for May is Nick Montrond!

If you’ve worked with Inflow in any capacity, chances are you’ve met Nick. This guys is moving and shaking all over the place and is an incredibly integral asset to our team. His knowledge and attitude shines across every department at Inflow, and he always jumps in head first to help out any way he can. We’re very fortunate to have such great employees like Nick who live and breathe our core values.

Employee Spotlight: Kayla Cristy

This month’s employee spotlight goes to our Technical Support Analyst – Kayla Cristy! Kayla has been with Inflow for about a year now, and is consistently receiving praise from customers for her great attitude and problem-solving ability. She’s no stranger to awards, and received our Core Value Hero award in January of this year. A little known fact is that she LOVES Honey Nut Cherios and could eat it for every meal. Kayla’s favorite part about working at Inflow is “the sense of community amongst our coworkers is something truly special that I’ve only ever experienced at Inflow.” We’re glad to have you Kayla!

Tech Tip of the Month

Server Compliance

Make sure all of your servers are in compliance with Windows licenses.  Being out of compliance places the entire ShoreTel system in an out-of-compliance and therefore unsupported state.
