This week it was announced that ShoreTel® has once again received a “Strong Positive” rating from Gartner Research in the group’s new Marketplace for Unified Communications for SMB Market, North America Report.
This is the fourth consecutive year that ShoreTel has received a Strong Positive, the highest rating available.
This particular report focused primarily on premise-based unified communications for small to medium sized businesses with between 20 and 499 employees. ShoreTel® unified communications maintains an excellent reputation based on its ease of installation and use that has made ShoreTel a clear choice for a diverse range of businesses.
