This is because we often times assist our clients in creating budgets for technology acquisition, more specifically in network infrastructure, Unified Communication tools, IP phone systems, and video conferencing. This is because these technologies usually have significant, hard-dollar cost savings associated with them. Hard costs like long distance, line costs, hosted conferencing services, travel expenses, maintenance, hardware replacement, and human resources can be eliminated or significantly reduced in most circumstances. If our clients go beyond just looking at us a business phone system provider and more of a technology consultant, it’s a win for everybody. If our clients give us access to the data we need to do a comprehensive economic analysis as it pertains to their technology, we often times find enough savings to pay for the technology upgrade.
