One of our advanced certified engineers will install and manage an agent utility on your server designed to backup your database and all vital files to restore service lost due to a system failure. This tech support package is available to both Gold and Platinum Plan holders.
Platinum Plan users may benefit from our Inflow Total Protection Restoration Service, which allows us to remotely assist with restoring the backup on a physical server or new virtual machine. If these options aren’t available we can supply a server on location. We will follow this up by monitoring the backup, and will work with the client to ensure continuity.
When service is restored, you have the option of purchasing the new UC server or our tech support gurus will help do a migration back to your equipment.
