Our Business Philosophy

Through hardware, software, and professional services, the goal of Inflow Communications is to provide our clients with state-of-the-art communications that focus on three primary goals:

  1. Immediate and substantial hard-cost savings through lowering or eliminating maintenance expenses, carrier services, travel costs, and hosted collaboration services. Aim to provide solutions that provide net cost savings on day one or a return on investment in one to two years.
  2. Dramatic gain in efficiencies by leveraging advanced technologies and reducing our clients’ soft costs, such as: corporate-wide voice, video, Instant Messaging, and presence management; web and audio collaboration; and high-definition video conferencing.
  3. Improved client services with the help of internal technology and our professional services team, including:
    • Finding alternative ways to communicate with our clients such as web, chat, or video.
    • Improving real-time and historical communications reporting to address issues like abandoned calls, long hold-times or large call volume.
    • Using real-time communication quality control tools such as silent monitoring, coaching and call recording.
    • Servicing our clients’ communications from anywhere at any time and using technologies like remote IP phones, call forwarding and find-me / follow-me.
