Inflow Communications was created in Portland, Oregon in 1997 by a group of software development and network engineers. Inflow initially provided information technology infrastructure support and custom software development services to clients. As business communication technologies became more of a network application, Inflow developed an increasing passion for unified communications and cost saving VoIP business phone systems. Even though the technology is state-of-the-art, nearly all Inflow employees, from engineers to sales consultants, would consider themselves veterans in business phone systems, unified communications, and network infrastructure. In 2007, to reflect a business strategy and passion, Inflow Communications decided to focus entirely on unified communication technologies specifically VoIP business phone systems.
