We know where we are heading and we need a few Enterprise Class Reps to help us grow. If you are tired of the corporate structure and are looking for more autonomy and independence we might be a good fit. Our office environment is “virtual,” which has all employees working from their homes or private offices. This has brought a group of people together that work with a high degree of discipline.
I (Travis Dillard, President) am an Enterprise Rep myself and have designed our company to provide sales people with what they need, top of the line products, marketing to generate leads, structure to maximize efforts, the best technical team to implement systems and a commission program that rewards those who sell.
Our marketing consists of telemarketing, inside sales/service, educational workshops, drip marketing and a reputation that is strong in our industry and with our vendors.
We work with ShoreTel, Vidyo and Aerohive to provide our core system solutions with our customers.
We believe in CRM usage and sales management that supports the growth of our sales team.
Our commission programs are above industry standards. We do provide ramp up salaries but are truly looking for those reps who believe in themselves enough to prefer a commission program that rewards them greater for their success.
