This week the Portland Business Journal announced their list of the 100 fastest growing companies in Oregon, and we are proud to announce that Inflow has made the list for 2014!
We are incredibly proud to know that our commitment to outstanding customer service, customized business communications implementation—plus the very highest quality business communications hardware and software from leaders like ShoreTel®, Nimble Storage, Vidyo®, and LifeSize Network—have helped us reach tremendous growth this year, and we are of course very excited to see what the next year will bring for Inflow and our customers.
This year we have seen our customer satisfaction levels soar as we have implemented a host of new tools to better support Inflow clients, including Inflow’s easy online support portal, new Total Protection Package, and even ShoreTel® training to help users get the most out of their ShoreTel® system. We stand behind our work so much so that we aren’t afraid to show the world our satisfaction numbers, and have added live support metrics to the website so you can see how quickly and effectively we are serving our customers.
In the past two years, Inflow has been fortunate to add a new Inflow office in San Jose, California to better serve the Bay Area, and have expanded our business right here at home with a recent merger. In the coming year, we will continue to add exciting new products and services that will provide even higher levels of customer satisfaction, because at Inflow every one of our team members is working to improve that relationship and to continue building a larger base of happy Inflow customers across the west coast.
