In early 2012, popular magazine Portland Monthly publisher SagaCity Media installed a ShoreTel Unified Communications system at their new downtown Portland office.  The new system was installed to help support the company’s growing staff that frequently moves between four offices in Portland, Seattle, Vail, Colorado, and Park City, Utah, making remote and mobile accessibility a must. The company’s current PBX phone system simply could not support the needs of mobile employees.
