Inflow Communications will be deploying a ShoreTel Business VOIP phone system for the Portland, Oregon-based Portland Winterhawks in December, 2010. Inflow will be replacing the Portland Winterhawks dying Avaya business phone system. The Winterhawks needed the ability to provide better call handling and customer service for their fans.
